Filter by
Category

The Activity Log lets you filter by category so you can quickly find what you're looking for. Filter categories include:

  • All — see everything
  • Reservations — new reservations, seated, modified time/date/party size, canceled, no-shows, online reservations confirmed/denied, table assignments removed, online cancellations
  • Waitlist — guests joining (in-person and online), seated from waitlist, left waitlist, party modified, reinstated
  • Tables — walk-ins seated, waitlist seated, reservation seated, table released, party moved between tables
  • Staff — server clocked in, clocked out, created, deleted, on break, back from break, server changed on a table
  • Messages — messages sent, messages received
  • Guestbook — guest added, guest removed, VIP status on/off, flag status on/off
  • System — message send errors, online reservations toggled on/off, online waitlist toggled on/off
